The Westerlund Team of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty added Graham Diemer, reinforcing the team’s focus on luxury golf communities.

Diemer previously served as interim athletics director at Florida Gulf Coast University. He brings a decade of mortgage origination experience to his new role.

Specializing in golf-centric real estate and waterfront estates, the Westerlund Team is led by former PGA professional Jay Westerlund. Former Division I golfer and Florida Gulf Coast University assistant coach Madeline Marck-Sherk serves as the team’s operations and marketing director.

By selecting Diemer, the Westerlund team hopes to cement their place in the South Florida golf real estate niche.
