Douglas Elliman adds managing broker, agents to Florida locations

by John Yellig

Douglas Elliman recently made three new hires, bringing on a new managing broker for its St. Petersburg office and adding agents to its Coral Gables and MiMo offices.

At the St. Petersburg location at 100 Beach Drive NE, Tracey Strube will lead the office with over 24 years of real estate experience, most recently serving at Engel & Völkers Americas.

“My focus is on providing steadfast support to our seasoned associates — ensuring they have the resources, advocacy and backing they need to excel,” Strube said in a press release. “With upcoming marketing initiatives, cutting-edge technology and opportunities to collaborate with Elliman’s renowned New Development Division, we will enhance agent success, elevate the client experience and expand our influence in both the luxury and new development sectors.”

Barbara “Barbie” Estela comes to Douglas Elliman’s Coral Gables office at 1515 Sunset Drive after 5 years at ONE Sotheby’s. In her new role, she will be working on sales at Cora, a new development with 74 wellness-oriented luxury residences and retail/office space.

Tommy Puccio, aka Tommy Pooch, is the founder of the Nikki Beach restaurant and club in Miami Beach. After opening several successful businesses and being a staple on the Miami scene since the early 90’s, he’s recently entered real estate. He will be working out of Douglas Elliman’s MiMo office at 5555 Biscayne Blvd.
