Canadian developer Claridge Homes recently launched Ocean580, a 10-story luxury condominium tower in Pompano Beach.
The 17-unit mid-rise is located on the waterfront at 580 Briny Ave. Pricing starts at $4.67 million per unit with delivery anticipated in winter 2027.
The building has two residences per floor, plus two sub-penthouses on the ninth floor and a penthouse on the 10th floor. Homes range from 3,688 to 8,872 square feet and offer four to five bedrooms plus dens. Each unit offers private elevator entry foyers, wrap-around corner terraces and floor-to-ceiling impact windows with sliding glass doors.
Other features include gourmet kitchens with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and fully integrated Miele appliance packages that include refrigerator/freezers, convection and steam ovens, five-zone induction cooktops, dual-zone wine coolers and built-in coffee systems.
The 10th-floor penthouse offers 11-foot ceilings, five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and an office spread over 8,872 square feet, with an additional 1,707 square feet of terraces. There is also a private 3,325-square-foot rooftop terrace for penthouse residents.
Outdoor community amenities include a beachside pool deck with spa, sundeck and private beach access with loungers. There is also a 3,135-square-foot rooftop terrace with spa, fire pits and outdoor kitchen and dining areas.
Indoor community amenities include an ocean-view fitness center with steam room, sauna and locker rooms, as well as a billiards room, ocean-view party room with warming kitchen and entertainment lounge.
