Real estate veteran Alfredo Pujol recently joined COMPASS as a sales manager of their Miami team. 

He served as team leader for Keller Williams Realty Partners SW from 2017 through 2023. During his career, Pujol led more than 300 agents, and in 2022, he oversaw the team’s production of over $1.5 billion in sales volume.  

“I am excited to partner with the No. 1 brokerage in sales volume, which represents some of the highest-ranking agents, per Real Trends,” Pujol said. 

Pujol has been in real estate for over 16 years,10 of which have been in leadership positions. 

He has also served as a Broward-Miami Board of REALTORS® governor since 2018 and is the board’s 2023 president. He is also the 2026 chairman-elect for the Miami Association of REALTORS®.
