by John Yellig

Top-ranking ONE Sotheby’s agent Jessica Adams has moved to Douglas Elliman.

She is joining the firm’s Coral Gables office, along with her husband, architect Jason Adams, who serves as COO of her book of business. Together, they have closed more than $600 million worth of transactions.

Jessica Adams was ONE Sotheby’s No. 2 agent by gross commission income and No. 3 by sales volume in 2024 in Florida. She has ranked among the brokerage’s top 10 individual agents in Florida for the past four years and was its top-producing female agent. In 2023, she set a Coconut Grove record with the $17.5 million sale of the penthouse at Two Park Grove.

She is also recognized among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals with RealTrends and ranked 18th among the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ top 250 Hispanic Agents in America.

“Jessica Adams’ career is the tour de force of luxury real estate sales in South Florida,” said Jay Phillip Parker, Douglas Elliman’s CEO of Brokerage, Florida Region. “With her distinct expertise and commitment to excellence, Jessica belongs at Douglas Elliman, where we look forward to partnering with her to elevate her career to the next level. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome her and Jason to our DE Family.”

“I’ve built my career on delivering superior client service, and Douglas Elliman echoes that sentiment on the level of a major national brokerage,” Jessica Adams said in a press release. “Douglas Elliman has the industry’s best agent resources and a reputation that resonates with our discerning clients. It’s a perfect fit.”
