New York-based Corcoran Group has added two agents to its South Florida operations. 

Danilo Tavares is joining the firm’s Surfside office from Douglas Elliman. He has been a real estate agent for nine years and focuses on the luxury sector. Last year, he closed $90 million in sales, including 37 Indian Creek, the home of Sabado Gigante host Don Francisco, and Jeff Bezos’ purchase of 12 Indian Creek. He is also representing former NBA player Leandro Barbosa in the sale of his Bella Collina home. 

Suzanne Petrizzi is returning to Corcoran after several years at Serhant and One Sotheby’s. She will work from the firm’s Palm Beach office. Petrizzi ranked as the No. 2 Individual Agent in Delray Beach in RealTrends’ “America’s Best” with nearly $52.5 million in 2022 sales volume.
