Miami-based ABH Developer Group received site plan approval for its second project in Hollywood, 1920 Pierce, a five-story condominium at 1920 and 1914 Pierce Street.

Totaling 31,238 square feet, the project will deliver 29 one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 662 to 1,166 square feet. Residences will be priced from $450,000. Llorente Architects designed the building, which is located one block west of Federal Highway.

Each condo in 1920 Pierce will have a private balcony, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops and frameless, glass-enclosed showers. Community amenities will include a rooftop pool deck, interior courtyard and second-floor garden.

“1920 Pierce represents an exciting new opportunity for residents seeking quality living spaces at an attainable price point in this flourishing community,” ABH Developer Founder Alexis Bogomolni said in a press release. “We’re extremely dedicated to fostering the area’s progress and are pleased to play a part in Hollywood’s continued growth.”

ABH Developer is nearing completion of the 24-townhome Hollytown development at 2526 and 2511 Pierce Street, approximately two blocks west of 1920 Pierce, and plans to break ground this month on Aire Residences, a luxury waterfront condominium in Bay Harbor Islands.
