What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I managed construction projects: planning, direction and construction of civil works. I am a civil engineer and graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
When I had to emigrate, I wanted to start in the world of investments.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
I try to breathe, find outdoor spaces, and go for a walk.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Oprah Winfrey because she has been an influential person in the world, because of her moving story of growth and improvement, and she makes me think that there is no greater leadership force than the one that makes me act after myself.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
For me, a beach lover, it is Key West for its beautiful sunsets, historical charm and natural beauty.
What do you love most about the industry?
The possibility of contributing to a significant process in people’s lives, helping them find the perfect place to call home and make appropriate investments through important transactions.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Exceeding customer expectations, economic fluctuations and changing real estate trends.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Constant presence on different platforms, offering tips and valuable information, and constant education.
