Power players in Florida real estate named to SP 200

Several real estate executives and professionals from Florida were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful players in the residential real estate industry. The results were published recently in 2024’s Real Estate Almanac. 

In descending order, those names include Merri Jo Cowen, CEO of Stellar MLS, at No. 52; Jeremy Crawford, CEO of First Multiple Listing Service, at No. 54; Teresa King Kinney, CEO, Miami Association of Realtors, at 60; Budge Huskey, president and CEO of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, at 78; Mike Pappas and Christina Pappas, CEO and president, respectively, of The Keys Company | Illustrated Properties, at 84; Margy Grant, CEO of Florida Realtors, at 90; Michael Saunders and Drayton Saunders, CEO and president of Michael Saunders & Company, at 94; Dionna Hall, CEO of Broward, Palm Beaches and St. Lucie Realtors, at 96; Jimmy Burgess, CEO of BHHS Beach Properties of Florida, at 159; and Rei Mesa, president and CEO of BHHS Florida Realty, at 179.
