Neology Development has started pre-construction leasing at The Julia Residences, its mixed-use apartment tower going up in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood.
Located at 1625 NW 20th St., the $100 million complex stands 14 stories tall and will offer 323 units, with one bedrooms starting at $1,765 per month and two bedrooms starting at $2,311. Neology is offering a pre-construction special of the first two months’ rent free. Delivery is scheduled for this quarter.
Named after “the Mother of Miami,” founder Julia Tuttle, The Julia is designed with a “tropics-meets-metropolis” aesthetic, blending Art Deco and1950s styles, Neology said.
Apartments range from 600 to 1,000 square feet and offer floor-to-ceiling windows, 9-to-11.5-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, balconies and stainless-steel appliances. The Sky Lounge on the ninth-floor includes a pool deck, indoor/outdoor club lounge, a wellness center and dining terrace.
“We are thrilled to announce that we are now pre-leasing for The Julia, inviting art enthusiasts and professionals alike to embrace unique living experiences, modern amenities and breathtaking views of Miami’s city skyline,” Neology President and CEO Lissette Calderon said in a release. “With the soaring demand for high-quality housing in the area, we are eager to introduce this exceptional community priced within reach to renters seeking proximity to work, renowned art galleries and the cultural heartbeat of Miami.”
The Julia is Neology’s second Allapattah apartment project. The company opened No. 17 Residences in April 2021 and expects to deliver another community, Fourteen Main Street Residences, in the third quarter.
