Real estate attorney Isaac Kodsi has purchased and relaunched work on the stalled Arbor Residences condominium project in Miami’s Coconut Grove.
Sandra Masis from Cervera Real Estate will lead sales when they begin this winter. Delivery is slated for third quarter 2024.
Work on the partially completed community came to a halt in 2019 with almost all of the 48 planned units sold, and a lender began foreclosure proceedings last year, The Real Deal reported. Kodsi purchased the building’s shell and refunded the deposits of the original buyers.
Revised plans call for 45 condos designed by Behar & Font. Prices start at $1.2 million. Eight distinct floor plans offer two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, townhomes and penthouses. All residences offer 10- to 20-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural wood finishes, wide-plank porcelain wood-grain floors, spa-inspired master bathrooms, chef-style kitchens with Bosch Appliances and custom oak cabinetry.
Amenities include a rooftop terrace with outdoor entertainment areas like a bar and lounging space, second floor with pool deck and fitness center.
“Arbor’s narrative is a testament to its exceptional character, redefining the very essence of Coconut Grove living by providing expansive, eco-conscious residences at a remarkably accessible price point,” Kodsi said in a press release. “Arbor is more than a residence; it’s a visionary answer to the ever-evolving Coconut Grove landscape, committed to offering a nurturing, enriching and satisfying way of life. Our goal is for residents to find not just a home, but a welcoming haven, where they can relish in a vibrant community, live in comfort and thrive.”
