Luxury real estate agent Carolina Arenas has joined The Nicolas Group at COMPASS after a stint at Brown Harris Stevens. 

Arenas entered real estate about five years ago, first in the commercial sector before she transitioned to residential. Before that, she was in banking, having spent nine years at JP Morgan Chase. 

Arenas specializes in luxury oceanfront properties and pre-construction sales, with a particular focus on North Miami and Sunny Isles. So far this year, she has worked on 11 transactions worth almost $20 million.
