After an 18-month stint as vice president of sales and marketing for Diamond Custom Homes, Sam Heitman has reunited with fellow Naples real estate veterans Dan Guenther and Melissa Williams. While Heitman was away, Guenther and Williams continued to list and sell properties. 

The reconstituted Guenther, Heitman & Williams Team at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty will continue its focus on luxury real estate around Naples but is also expanding to cover all of Southwest Florida, with an emphasis on upscale golf communities and waterfront neighborhoods. 

Formed in 2009, the team quickly came to lead sales in Grey Oaks, surpassing all other agents and teams in the number of properties listed and sold in the private country club. Together, the trio has a combined experience of more than 75 years and $1 billion in sales.
