E11EVEN Residences Beyond is adding a luxury entertainment option with the new Speakeasy Collection, a series of upgraded apartments for residents who plan to host parties in their homes.

The Speakeasy Collection features a custom entertainment center with LED lighting, a mounted TV and a stocked cocktail bar. The upgrade also includes a concealed Murphy bed that pulls out for additional sleeping accommodations.

Apartments with this upgrade start at $700,000.

“We created the Speakeasy Collection to give residents a truly dynamic lifestyle by having the flexibility to indulge in exclusive soirees and entertaining guests from the comfort of their residences,” said Ryan Shear, managing partner at Property Markets Group.

Upon completion, the 65-story E11EVEN Residences Beyond will stand parallel to E11EVEN Hotel & Residences in Miami’s District 11. Residents will have access to amenities in the nearby hotel, including a five-star restaurant collection, a casino-style lounge and a rooftop pool and bar.
