Singer Joe Jonas and actor Sophie Turner sold their Miami mansion for $15 million. The listing agent was Carl Gambino with Compass, while the buyer was represented by David Pullman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
“The home has an incredible Cali meets Bali vibe. Frank Lloyd Wright inspired, but with a tropical twist,” said Pullman. “It was really important to my client to have something unique and expressive. Miami being such a vibrant city, it was a perfect fit.”
Located in the exclusive Bay Point guard-gated community, the 10,000-plus square foot home was redesigned by Sarah Ivory after the celebrity couple purchased it in 2021 for $11 million. The property features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a 94-foot ocean dock with direct bay access. Additional luxury components include a chef’s kitchen, staff quarters, a full-service bar and a pool and jacuzzi.
