Music producer and DJ David Guetta is under contract to purchase a $69 million waterfront property in Indian Creek in an off-market sale.

Listed by Nelson Gonzalez of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, the home was knocked down and reconstructed by owner Todd Michael Glaser and partners just two years ago. The 12-bedroom, 16-bathroom mansion takes up 16,000 square feet — that’s a price of $4,429 per square foot.

Fellow neighbors in the guard-gated community of Indian Creek include Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, Carl Icahn, Julio Iglesias and Tom Brady.
