A new luxury apartment community in Dania Beach has opened its doors to residents. Located at 4 North Federal Highway, Soleste Seaside celebrated a grand opening last week.

Over 200 guests were in attendance to view the new community, which is a collaboration between The Estate Companies and Merrimac Ventures. The eight-story, mixed-use building includes 12,800 square feet of retail space and 340 rental units. All apartments include dual master suites, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers and private balconies.

“We are very excited to see this development come to fruition, and it’s no surprise to us the great absorption and leasing velocities we are experiencing,” said Jeffrey Ardizon, principal at The Estate Companies, in a press release. “Dania Beach has so much to offer. …If you were to drop a pin on the map, you would see the proximity this community has to all the major highways, the international airport, downtown Fort Lauderdale and an array of dining and entertainment options. Tenants get that get-away experience.”

Community amenities include a fitness center, resort-style pool, outdoor grilling stations, dog park, pet spa and private event spaces.
