What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

I was an Airbrush Technician at Boca Tanning Club in Coral Gables

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in multiple areas of Miami. This enabled me to learn different areas of the city very early on and created a desire for me to be an expert in my area.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

Growing up, I wanted to be a singer/actress.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

When I’m stressed I either read, meditate, go outdoors or workout.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

If I could meet any well-known figure, it would be a top Realtor in Miami.

Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?

South Florida’s best kept secret would be the smaller islands locals don’t really know about so you get enjoy the peace and quiet away from the. beach.

What do you love most about the industry?

What I love most about the industry would be how relationship building gets transitioned into a business transactions and then becomes a cycle of repeat business if you did a great job/built great relationships.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

The most difficult aspect of my job would be time management. As a Realtor, you’re never off the clock. In a day we need to make time for working out, cooking/eating at least three times a day, lead generating, appointments/meetings, follow ups, making time for posting on social, market research and additional habits that are part of the day to day. We have to make time for it all but also have a balance and have consistent transactions.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

My best advice for generating new leads would be to stay active on social media.

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I am currently listening to the audio book of “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins and reading the physical copy of “The 48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene.

What’s your favorite meal in South Florida?

My favorite meal in South Florida would be the Gnocci and Veal Picatta at Prima Pasta in North Miami Beach.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in South Florida?

My favorite building in South Florida would be the Porsche Design Tower.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

The weirdest thing that has ever happened to me on the job would be probably when a client asked me to pick him up from the airport in the middle of pretty intense hurricane.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

One thing people would be surprised to know about me is that I actually get really shy and introverted, but you’ll almost never see that side of me because I push myself to be communicative even when I don’t want to be.

What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?

My favorite vacation spot is New York City, and that’s because of the city environment you won’t get anywhere else.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

My advice would be to make as many connections as you can and keep in touch with them.

Who are your favorite people to follow on social media?

My favorite people to follow on Instagram would be my team members, fitness accounts and healthy food accounts.
