What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
My most interesting job before going into real estate was working for Capital One’s fraud department in Pompano Beach. I performed customer service duties as well as solving cases in regards to customer profiles. I dealt with a lot of unique obstacles, and I was always the person to solve the most difficult case when they came about. I had a wonderful reputation for being the problem solver and kept my eyes on the prize that one day I’ll be the one everyone comes to to solve issues. I know how to locate the problem and implement tactics in order to execute the solution.
I grew up in Fort Lauderdale.
Growing up I always wanted to be a psychologist and a real estate agent, each career I chose required me to be a people person as well as solve issues to make people happy.
The things I do to relax when I’m stressed are write novels, make handmade natural soaps, and I sell hair and cosmetology products .
I would like to meet Michelle Obama because she is a strong woman and an inspiration to alpha women who believe in becoming something bigger. Researching her story and knowing where she came from is encouraging to know that anyone can make it as long as you put the hard work and dedication and consistency into it. One day I aspire to have her qualities as well as meet her in person. Would love to hear her words of inspiration and meet her face to face.
What I love most about this industry is all the diverse people that I have come into contact with. I love all the new different environments and the new investment ideas I come across. Finding new ways to make money is always something to love.
The most difficult aspect of my job is to not be over caring Because sometimes I just don’t give up. Yeah, it’s hard for me to give up.
The best advice for generating leads is to always stay consistent. Make sure you have at least 10 real estate conversations a day and make your calls and make it a habit. Put yourself on a schedule and make sure you maintain those leads by always keeping contact.
What I have been binge watching is Selling Sunset, Selling Tampa, Selling OC and Million Dollar Mansions.
My favorite meal in South Florida is Ruth Chris for lunch.
The weirdest thing that happened to me on the job was when someone came in to be assisted by a Realtor, and it was my cousin.
The one thing people might be surprised to learn about me is that I aspire to be an author, and I am a great writer
My favorite vacation spot is the Bahamas.
Be humble and stay consistent every day and keep a positive mind.
My favorite people to follow on social media are people who are motivational and successful because it makes me see that one day that can be me.
