Lisa Lader of RelatedISG Realty represented Trouba in the transaction. Trouba bought the condo in 2018 for $1.38 million.

The unit at 2200 N. Ocean Blvd. has a den and two baths and covers 1,355 square feet of interior space plus a 275-square-foot balcony overlooking the ocean.

Trouba, 28, was named captain by the Rangers last month. He signed a seven-year, $56 million deal with the team in 2018.
