Real Estate Consulting ranked the 50 top-selling master-planned communities during the first half of the year, and Westlake in West Palm Beach made the list. 

The community developed by Minto Communities has sold 258 units in 2022, No. 31 on the national list. 

Sales increased 91% in 2022 compared to the same period last year, when Westlake sold 135 units. Among the top 50 master-planned communities, home sales have dropped 18% during the first half of 2022 compared to the same period last year.

The top-selling master-planned community was The Villages, about 50 miles northwest of Orlando. It sold 1,500 units in the first half of the year.
