Acclaimed real estate professionals Dana Flanagan and the Salter Group have accepted invitations to join the Haute Residence Exclusive Real Estate Network, according to a press release. 

The invitation-only luxury real estate network brings together real estate professionals and highlights extravagant properties around the world. 

Flanagan exclusively represents luxury real estate in Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fla., and Middlesex, Conn.

A native of Glastonbury, Conn., Flanagan has brokered deals across Connecticut and South Florida, some of which have been featured on the popular HGTV show House Hunters. She specializes in residential, new construction, relocation and first-time home buyers. 

Flanagan travels back and forth between Florida and Connecticut, operating successful teams in both areas. 

The Salter Group, led by father and son Richard and Nick Salter, exclusively represents luxury real estate in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Atlantic Beach, Fla.

Originally from London, Richard Salter has called Fort Lauderdale home for the past 30 years. He has been a licensed agent since 2002 and a broker since 2006. His familiarity with the market encompasses all aspects of the business, including residential sales and leasing, sale of income, investment properties and land development, the release said.

Richard Salter owned and operated his own multimillion dollar producing boutique real estate firm until May 2020, when he and his associates merged with Compass.

Nick Salter, a second-generation Realtor, grew up watching his family cultivate an established real estate firm, an experience which drives his confidence and passion for the industry, the release said.
