What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I worked for the United Nations Development Program in Argentina and in its headquarters in New York City.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lived in New York and Oxford in the UK before moving to Miami 10 years ago.
Growing up, what did you want to be?
I wanted to be an attorney.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Going to the beach always feels like being on vacation.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
The Founding Fathers. Such an amazing time. Creating our democracy and institutions from scratch. It is amazing to think how their ideas continue to influence us and the world.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
Bal Harbour and the surrounding neighborhoods.
What do you love most about the industry?
Real estate is fast-paced and each new transaction is unique and exciting; I love that.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Real estate transactions are sometimes very emotional for buyers and sellers. That can be very challenging, especially in this market. Also, it’s an industry that never sleeps; you need to stay accessible and ‘on’ all the time.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Be consistent and work when others are not working.

Truffle bites and cheeseburger at Lettuce & Tomato in Aventura.

Fendi Chateau in Surfside.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I was showing a property to buyers and the listing agent opened the door and invited us in. We stood by the window to look at the view, and when we turned around, there was a woman just coming out of the shower with only a towel on.
What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?
I was such a nerd during school and college.
What’s your favorite vacation spot and why?
I like to explore new places. I can’t think of a favorite spot.

Work hard, be consistent and be patient above all.

I like to follow my colleagues and clients. Feels like we are catching up virtually.
