Miami Association of Realtors names 20 Under 40 award winners

The Miami Association of Realtors and the Miami Young Professionals Network (YPN) have announced the second annual Miami YPN 20 Under 40 award winners.

Miami Realtors 40 years old or younger were selected for excellence in sales, leadership and community service. The 2021 class embodies the professionalism, customer service and commitment Miami Realtors have long demonstrated while working with the buying and selling public, a press release said.

“Congratulations to these 20 young professionals who are making a difference in our industry and in the South Florida community,” said Bethany Martinez, Miami YPN President. “These professionals are not only fashioning strong careers in a challenging industry for newcomers, they are studying their craft, mentoring other young Realtors and volunteering their time at community organizations to make South Florida a better place.”

Winners will be honored during an awards ceremony at the end of the year.

The 2021 class comprises Sophia Allen of Real Estate Professionals of South Florida; Phillip Calloway of Influencers Realty Group; Mark Cintron of Keller Williams Realty Miami Lakes; Daniel Echague of Elite Sales Group Real Estate; Banna Fakhoury of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty; Alessondra Figueiras of The Keyes Company; Miguel Figueiras of The Keyes Company; Marlene Llamas Leon of A&G Team Realty; Miguel Maria of Keller Williams Legacy; Jaime Mejia of LUXE Properties, LLC; Yoan Pons of Strike Realty; Adi Posada-Torres of CANVAS Real Estate; Nick Tiger Quay of Avanti Way; Dawn Reid of Gladiator Realty Group; Rocio Roca of Real Estate Sales Force; Violeta Rocha of Lifestyle International Realty; Sacha Roude of Real Estate Sales Force; Ruben Sanchez of DoMi Real Estate Advisors; Nick Sproul of Southwestern Real Estate; and Albert Vasquez of Keller Williams Realty Miami Lakes.

Winners were selected by Main Street Organizations of Realtors (MORE) in Chicago.
