Miami has made the list of best places to be a real estate agent, and in today’s market.

The city ranked No. 155 on WalletHub’s 2021’s Best Places to Be a Real Estate Agent list. Seattle took the top spot. 

Following months of high demand and low inventory, more sellers are returning to the market. Homes are selling faster than ever, even as prices hit an all-time high and are expected to grow even higher, making it a great market for agents. 

Miami also ranked No. 72 for job opportunity and competition and No. 172 for real estate market health. 

WalletHub compared more than 170 cities across 22 key indicators from sales per agent to the annual median wage for agents to the housing market health index.
