Brickell is fast becoming the most popular area for condo sales in the Miami area.

According to South Florida Intel Report, sales and re-sales of condominiums have dramatically increased from February 2018 to February 2021, on condos built and delivered since 2012.

In February of 2018, the total of unsold developer units was 359 and steadily declined in February of 2019 and 2020.  In February of 2021, there are only 111 unsold units, with 102 units in Brickell City Centre and nine units in Brickell Flatiron.

In 2020, one out of every three sales were in Brickell, followed by Edgewater area, the Beaches-from Miami Beach to Sunny Isles, Aventura and North Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and lastly Coconut Grove/Key Biscayne.
