Eight-time Grammy award winning musician Stephen Marley, son of reggae legend Bob Marley, has purchased a Miami estate for $3.4 million.

Located at 27440 SW 187th Ave. in Homestead, Compass agent Chad Carroll represented the seller and Shana Santalla with Lifestyle International Realty represented the buyer.

The sale consisted of two properties totaling 5.6-acres, including a main home, two guest houses and a total of 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. Features include a tennis court, basketball half court, summer kitchen and a river filled with Koi fish.
