Video game developer and Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch has purchased a 4-bedroom, 5.5-bath condominium at Auberge Beach Residence & Spa for $10 million.

The sale marks the most expensive condo closing to date in Ft. Lauderdale at $2,446 per square foot.

Lisa Lader, real estate broker sales associate for RelatedISG, was the exclusive agent for both the buyer and the seller. 

The luxurious condo features interiors by Steven G, a 4,100 square-foot private terrace with plunge pool and an array of Auberge amenities, included branded dining and spa services.

A South Florida native, Karch  moved back to Ft. Lauderdale from New Jersey in 2018.
