The Corcoran Group to head up sales for 3550 South Ocean while Douglas Elliman will take on 100 Las Olas

The Corcoran Group to lead sales at 3550 South Ocean

The Corcoran Group has been named exclusive sales team for 3550 South Ocean.

Developed by DDG, residences at 3550 South Ocean range from 2,600 to over 3,000 square feet, including three available penthouses with private rooftop terraces, with units priced from $1.78 million to over $5 million.

“We are thrilled to be the exclusive sales team for 3550 South Ocean,” said Corcoran Managing Broker Kerry Warwick in a press release. “The Palm Beach market has seen interest in real estate skyrocket, and we believe we are joining the 3550 South Ocean team at the perfect time to capitalize on this movement.”

Designed by project architect GarciaStromberg/GS4studios, design architect Kobi Karp Architecture and interior design firm Champalimaud, 3550 South Ocean residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors to private covered balconies. All units offer views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway and some enjoy direct waterfront views.

Amenities include on-site fitness, private beach access, a beachfront swimming pool, a Forbes five-star luxury spa and such services as a luxury lifestyle concierge, white glove delivery and errand services including delivery from Palm Beach restaurants, grocery shopping, pet grooming/boarding drop-off and appointments and chauffeur and private aviation partnerships to arrange national and international door-to-door excursions.

Douglas Elliman to lead sales at 100 Las Olas

 Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban has selected Douglas Elliman Real Estate as the exclusive sales agency for 100 Las Olas in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Offering 113 luxury residences along with a full-service 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel, the 46-level 100 Las Olas is Fort Lauderdale’s first new condominium residence in over a decade and officially opened in March of this year. At 499 feet, the development is the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale.

Pietro Belmonte, Marc Brandt, Cari Cascio and Gigi Giusti from Douglas Elliman will be leading sales for the project, which is set in the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s restaurant scene.

“Following the successful grand opening of 100 Las Olas, we are excited to welcome Douglas Elliman to represent the building’s sales and marketing efforts,” said Kolster Urban Senior VP Ed Jahn in a press release. “100 Las Olas is an incredibly transformative project for Fort Lauderdale, and we are eager to continue our sales momentum.”

Residences range from two-to-four bedrooms and are priced from the $900,000s. Amenities include a resort-style rooftop pool deck with day cabanas and entertainment areas, a resident’s club lounge with expansive outdoor plaza, a newsroom and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
