A nearly four-acre parcel of property located at the intersection of Kendall Drive and SW 67th Avenue in Pinecrest Corner is for sale. 

According to Compass Listing Agent Joshua Kaufman, the centrally located property, across from Gulliver and blocks from Dadeland mall, offers a rare infill  development opportunity in an established, mature market.

“This is one of the last remaining undeveloped parcels in Pinecrest of this size that can be subdivided for single family use,” Kaufman told Miami Agent.

The 3.77-acre property is zoned for residential use at one home per acre and is listed for $4,400,000.
