To most of us, a four-story multimillion-dollar mansion would be the culmination of decades of dreaming and rising to the top. For music producer and prolific celebrity DJ Khaled, however, it’s just, to use his signature phrase, “another one.”

The 43-year-old entertainer, born Khaled Mohamed Khaled, is unloading his Miami waterfront estate after having upgraded to a new, even more lavish Miami Beach property earlier this year. The listing situated, within Dumbfoundling Bay in Aventura, is being handled by Janet Ben Zvi of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty at a price of $7.99 million.

According to Ben Zvi, Khaled put more than $2.5 million into renovating the property after purchasing it in 2015, adding amenities like a gigantic sneaker closet, 14-karat gold and Swarovski crystal chandeliers, a wine room, a chef’s kitchen and much more. In total, the five-bedroom home covers 13,000 square feet, not including the 80-foot swimming pool and four-bedroom guest house. Perhaps making it even more valuable, Khaled is said to have hosted A-list stars, including Jay Z and Rihanna, at the estate more than once.
