Compass Florida has announced the addition of Team JK to their Fort Lauderdale office. Principal, Broker Associate of Team JK, and award-winning real estate professional Jonathan Keith will continue to lead the 17 agent team functioning out of Compass’ Las Olas office located at 1200 E. Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.

The merger gives Compass access to Team JK’s accomplished residential real estate agents, as well as their investment and commercial specialists. However, both parties benefit from the union, as Team JK receives access to Compass’ technology platform while Compass gains JK’s robust back-end support system.

Further, the partnership will introduce seasoned realtor and agent Jay Granieri to the team. Granieri’s skills as a luxury agent were demonstrated in 2017, when he completed a record breaking year of sales at Coldwell Banker. That year, Granieri was recognized as the brokerage’s No. 1 buyers’ agent in Fort Lauderdale.
