- Giralda Place. Downtown Coral Gables will soon be home to Giralda Place, a nine-story, mixed-use development with 33 luxury residences that range from one to three bedrooms. Each unit will have 11-foot ceilings in the living rooms and bedrooms, private balconies and premium finishes. Giralda Place also has an exclusive partnership with NEAT Method, a national home organization service that will provide residents special rates and customization options.
- Missoni Baia. At 777 N.E. 26th Terrace in Edgewater, this colossal luxury structure is scheduled to house 249 one- to five-bedroom condos, with sizes ranging from 776 to 3,788 square feet. Every residence will have a view of the city, Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach or the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include a large pool overlooking the bay, media room, an elevated tennis court and fitness center, and an outdoor barbecue/bar cabana for al fresco dining. Missoni Baia is expected to be completed by fall 2020. Missoni Baia’s developers are OKO Group LLC, OB Group and Cain International.
- One River Point. One River Point, which includes dual 60-story towers along the Miami River at 24 SW 4th St., is being developed by KAR Properties. It will have one- to four-plus-bedroom residences that will range from 900 to more than 4,000 square feet with expansive outdoor living spaces. Amenities include a 130-foot riverfront leisure pool, 75-foot lap pool, signature waterfront restaurant, screening room, pet spa and state-of-the-art fitness center.
- 100 Las Olas. Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building — 499 feet — at 200 E. Las Olas Boulevard will also be the city’s first luxury residence building in over a decade, as well as the only for-sale condominium downtown. Boasting 121 luxury residences and and 238 hotel guest rooms, it offers four unique floorplans, ranging from 1,501 to 2,964 square feet. Leisure features include a resort-style pool, day cabanas, modernized fitness center, expansive outdoor plaza, casual news room and entertainment areas. This building is being developed by The Kolter Group.
- Adagio. This 31-residence building at 435 Bayshore Drive sits right on the Intracoastal Waterway and is a walk away from the white sandy beach. Developed by ALCO International Group, prices start at $1.8 million. Amenities include a private marina with 53-foot slips, a sunset pool, a rooftop pool with cabanas overlooking the Intracoastal, a fitness center, a media room, and a pet washing and grooming station. Adagio is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2019.
- Urbana. Lennar’s luxury condos and townhome residences community Urbana is located at 8333 NW 53rd St. in downtown Doral. Units are priced from $341,990 to $431,990, and amenities include a basketball court, fitness center, park, splash pad and swimming pool.
