Miami Beach’s Fisher Island was the most exclusive neighborhood in Florida, and was in the top five nationwide in 2016, according to a report from Property Shark.
Trailing only three other markets – two in New York and one in California – Miami Beach’s 33109 ZIP code, which encompasses Fisher Island, maintained a higher median sales price ($3.4 million) than almost every other luxury housing market in the country last year.
According to Experian, the 33109 ZIP code also has one of the highest average incomes. At $2.18 million, it comes in behind only one other market (one in New York).
