Melo Group’s newest project, Aria on the Bay, has exceeded the 50 percent sold mark, with all sales already under hard contract. The 648-unit, 53-story luxury condominium is currently under development in downtown Miami, and is slated for completion sometime in late 2017.

Aria on the Bay will be located in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District at 1770 N. Bayshore Drive, and will have one- to four-bedroom condos, as well as three-story upper penthouses. The prices range from the $400,000s to over $12 million. In 2011, Melo was the first real estate firm in Miami to execute the now in-demand financing model.
