Terra’s latest project in the Botaniko Weston community is expected to be completed by 2017. The homes are on 121 acres of land and 125 homes are planned to be built.

The homes will have five to seven bedrooms ranging from 4,200 and 7,200 square feet. The prices are expected to range from $1.7 million to $3 million.
