Terrazas condominiums has announced that is had just hit 150 sales and is almost 50 percent sold out. The building has 324 units and has two towers.
Terrazas has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, lofts, townhomes and penthouses. The units are priced from $200,000 to $400,000. Features include stainless steal appliances, granite countertops, in-unit washer/dryer. Residents can enjoy views of the Miami River and the Miami skyline from their balconies. Residents also have access to clubhouses to host parties. Terrazas has a 24-hour concierge service, surveillance, covered parking and storage units.
Sharad Motiani has bought two units and is considering a third. She said that Terrazas is going to be a promising community once it opens.
