On Friday, July 31, trucks poured 600 cubic yards of cement into H3 Hollywood, laying down one third of the foundation for the newest addition to Hollywood, Florida.

As construction on H3 Hollywood continues, Team Real Estate Developments unveils the plans for the future building. Located at 2100 Hollywood Blvd, H3 Hollywood is in the middle of the vibrant Hollywood community. The tower is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bistros, bars, parks and nature preserves. Besides the buzzing urban life, H3 Hollywood also by Hollywood’s boardwalk, where residents can bike or walk while taking in the gorgeous Atlantic views.

The 15-story, 247-unit tower will include a variety of housing options: one bedroom, two bedroom, loft, and townhouse. Each unit will contain dozens of features, such as a washer/dryer, European-style cabinetry in the kitchen, soaking tubs in the bathrooms, and porcelain tile floors.

Residents will have complete access to all the amenities the H3 Hollywood building has to offer, from the business/event center to the landscaped pool area to the state-of-the-art work out center. A 24-hour concierge and covered parking are also luxuries the residents of H3 Hollywood can enjoy.

Sales for H3 Hollywood were launched in 2014, and the building broke ground in 2015. Information about when the building is due to be complete is not available at press time.
