South Florida-based real estate development firm Two Roads Development has named Denise Patnode as its new Chief Financial Officer. Patnode will oversee day-to-day oversight, direction and control of financial accounting and reporting for the firm’s real estate projects.

Patnode has served in financial services for over 30 years, along with roles as a project controller, assistant project manager, field inspector, contract administrator, estimator and accountant. Patnode has also worked with other Florida based companies, such as MB Development LLC, WSG Development Company, Williams Island Ocean Club Inc, and Codina Construction Corporation.
