Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is planning to open a new Brickell office in early October.

“With our presence in the heart of Brickell — the hub of what has been called the ‘Wall Street of the South’ — we are able to leverage our extensive coverage throughout the South Florida market,” said Nancy Klock Corey, branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Miami Beach office.

The Brickell office is the latest addition to Coldwell group, which already has offices in Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Avetura, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Coral Gables and Kendall.

The office will have three floors, and will feature a showcase/sales center on local projects on the first floor and a rooftop terrace on the third. In an effort to go green, the office will be a paperless/wireless environment, and get natural lighting from the 180-degree window feature. The Brickell office will serve more then 35 sales associates in all market sectors.
