Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences, Newgard Development Group’s new condominium and hotel project underway in Fort Lauderdale Beach, opens its new sales gallery with more than 50 percent of its residences already under reservation. Now open to the public at 2434 East Las Olas Boulevard, the sales gallery offers a first-hand look at the modern design concepts for the project’s interior and exterior living spaces created by Urban Robot Associates (URA), a Miami Beach-based design firm specializing in interior design, landscape architecture and urban planning.
“The Gale brand has been well-received in the Fort Lauderdale market,” said Harvey Hernandez, president and CEO of Newgard Development Group. “It’s the perfect fit for Fort Lauderdale and the buyers we’re seeing.”
Occupying an entire city block at 2900 Riomar Street and 410 Bayshore Drive in Fort Lauderdale Beach, Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences will encompass 128 luxury condos and 96 boutique-style hotel rooms and suites. Construction of the $120 million project is scheduled to begin this fall, with completion targeted for the beginning of 2017.
Visitors to the new sales gallery will be able to view a scale model of the project, renderings, a kitchen model, as well as sample finishes and fixtures. Several elements from Urban Robot’s designs will also be on display.
Residences include 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units and townhomes. Individual condos range in size from 850 to nearly 2,200 square feet. Each residence will come equipped with floor-to-ceiling, impact-resistant glass doors and ample balcony space.
