Commercial Real Estate Veteran to Oversee the Firm’s Growing Commercial Portfolio
Anna Rossie-Alvarez has joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty as commercial director.
Mayi de la Vega, founder and CEO of luxury real estate leader ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, is pleased to announce that Anna Rossie-Alvarez has joined the firm as commercial director to spearhead the continued growth of its successful niche commercial real estate practice.
In her new role, Rossie-Alvarez will oversee expanding the firm’s portfolio of specialty commercial properties in South Florida, which include essential landmark property, along with boutique listings and prospective investment property. She will also focus on building a strong platform to service the unique needs of existing clients looking to expand their portfolios, while directing a team of brokers to implement marketing and sales strategies that align with the reach and connection of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand worldwide.
Rossie-Alvarez brings extensive industry experience to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty following a decade serving as South Florida director of operations with Cushman & Wakefield of Florida. In this role, she oversaw offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, and was instrumental in business development initiatives and managing daily operations.

Rossie-Alvarez studied psychology at Florida International University. Active in the community, she is a member of Commercial Real Estate Executive Women (CREW) Miami, where she is a member of the Education Committee and is an active supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
