Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences will boast 128 luxury condos and 96 boutique-style hotel rooms and suites. Residences will include 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condos and townhomes with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and the downtown Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Amenities include a rooftop sunset lounge, private lobby, fully equipped fitness center and spa, concierge services, 24-hour valet parking and multiple resort-style pools. Resort-like services include room service, housekeeping, pool-side towel service, laundry, catering and car services.

Construction on the $120 million project is expected to begin in summer and is scheduled for completion in early 2017. Units are now available for reservation, with preconstruction prices ranging from $399,000 to more than $1.2 million.
