Ivan Ramirez, owner of Crescendo Real Estate, and his team of associates have joined S2 Development and its joint venture partner BHLK Investments to assist The Real Estate Club in selling out the O Residences.
Not only familiar with the Bay Harbor area, Ramirez has strong connections throughout Latin America which makes him a positive asset in selling the 41-unit waterfront development in Bay Harbor according to Claudio Stivelman, CEO of S2 Development.
“Through Ivan’s strong connections throughout Latin America and his reputation for selling on Bay Harbor Islands, we thought joining forces with him and his team seemed like a perfect fit for us,” explains Stivelman. “With the majority of our buyers coming from Latin America, we hope Ivan will tap into a different market and reach a clientele that prefers to live right on the water in this prestigious and beautiful area of Bay Harbor.”
With over 15 years of experience, Ramirez is an experienced real estate professional who has worked with reputable real estate companies, including Cerberus Private Equity and Momentis Property Group, and has assisted them in achieving milestones for their projects.
While working with Momentis Property Group, Ramirez was able to sell out properties in just 18 months, selling out $150 million in luxury condos at Marina Grand, and spearheading the $200 million luxury condo sell-out at Peninsula II in Aventura. He has also worked on projects such as One Bal Harbor, BellaMare in Williams Island and Mosaic Miami Beach, and his role at W.C. I- to name a few.
