On Thursday, Nov. 6, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m., Joseph Kavana and Scott. L. Leventhal, the developers behind YOO at Metropica, the first residential tower at Metropica, hosted a Sales Gallery Launch party where they welcomed over 400 attendees to their private event. In addition, the developers partnered with the Real Deal Magazine and hosted the first-ever Broward Panel where panelists discussed the expansion of new developments into the Broward area. Panelists at the event included Carlos Rosso of The Related Group, Reginald Fairchild from One Sotheby’s, Arnaud Karsenti of 13th Floor Investments, Peggy Fucci of OneWorld Properties and Jordan Kavana of Metropica.
