Elizabeth Dougherty recently joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty Miami Beach office as a broker-associate. She is a premier luxury home and condominium agent and specializes in Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Miami Beach and downtown Miami.

Dougherty will bring her many years of expertise and experience to her new home at ONE Sotheby’s. Dougherty attended Regis University in Denver and began her real estate career thereafter in Apsen, Colo. in 1993. She returned to her roots in Miami a decade later in 2003 to continue her luxury home and condominium sales.
Dougherty has devoted more than two decades to her real estate career and she has the recognition to prove it. She has been named a top-producing agent on numerous occasions for her exceptional track record. She has represented the Grovenor House in Coconut Grove, Fla. where she holds the title as the Top Producing Agent of Choice. Prior to her move to ONE Sotheby’s, Dougherty was an associate for Cervera Real Estate and Zilbert International Realty. There, she was named Top Five in Sales and inducted into the President’s Club. Most recently, however, Dougherty was presented the Internationally Designated Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist-Million Dollar Guild Membership. This prestigious award is given to agents who rank in the top 10 percent of their market.
