The new luxury condominium will be located in East Edgewater.

Biscayne Beach, a new luxury condominium will break ground in the first quarter of 2014 in the heart of Miami’s East Edgewater neighborhood. The 51- story high-rise tower will boast Miami’s newest beach club of 335 linear feet, accompanied by white sand, swimming platforms, and water sports- all directly on the waters of Biscayne Bay.

Partner with Eastview Development, Robert Kohn, spoke about Biscayne Beach’s outstanding location, “Miami’s East Edgewater is one of the City’s most vibrant neighborhoods, centrally-located near key employment centers, cultural and entertainment outlets, shopping and dining destinations, and transportation links.”

The high-rise will offer 399 luxury residences, ranging from one- to four- bedroom units with den options to upper penthouses with private rooftop pools and garden terraces. Each unit will be comprised of floor-to-ceiling glass windows with oversized balconies and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and the City skyline. Preconstruction prices range from the $400,000’s to multi-million dollar penthouses.

The high-rise packs some star power as well, featuring the innovative work of Thom Filicia, a celebrity interior designer you may remember from the Emmy Award Winning show, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Additionally, the building is being developed by a joint venture in collaboration with New York-based investment firm GTIS Partners and West Palm Beach’s Eastview Development.

The building and Beach Club will offer a zero entry Beach Club pool; 6 private residence pools; an internationally-renowned restaurant; a beach bar/club; beach cabanas and lounge areas; cabana and towel service; a swimming pier and dock; and available water sports including jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, rafts and snorkeling equipment.
