The Related Group celebrated the groundbreaking of BeachWalk, the luxury condominium development in Hallandale Beach. Related executives also awarded brokers with a $3.5 million commission check for their success at BeachWalk, which is already over 80 percent reserved.

Guests enjoyed food and beverages at the groundbreaking site and sales center to celebrate the event.
