Baseball star Alex Rodriguez sold his Miami Beach home for $30 million.

On Friday morning Alex Rodriguez, member of the New York Yankees, closed the sale of his Miami Beach home in North Bay Road for $30 million. The sale of his home is one of the highest ever-recorded in Miami Beach.

Daniel de la Vega, the CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty (the brokerage who handled the sale), said Rodriguez’s was one of a kind.
