Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush's home in Coral Gables was recently sold over its appraised value by Lowell International Realty broker Lani Kahn Drody

Lani Kahn Drody, Master Brokers Forum member, and president of Lowell International Realty, recently sold former Florida Governor Jeb Bush’s home located at 629 Altara Ave.

The home, located in Coral Gables, closed at a price that was over its appraised value, according to an issued press release. 

The property went up for sale in February, and Lowell International Realty was able to negotiate a sale in 63 days at  a sale price of $775,000. The two-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home was originally built in 1928 by architect Robert Law Weed. The home has seen “modern updates” to  according to Kahn Drody, including a well-equiped kitchen, a coral rock fireplace and Chicago brick courtyards fore and aft.
